Case Manager Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM
We have been able to make this project a reality in part due to a partnership with the Lu'ma Native Housing Society and Canada's Reaching Home initiative. CityReach is grateful for the opportunity that this partnership has enabled-- that we can do even more to address the needs of those experiencing or at risk of homelessness in our city.
