The HOPE Project

The HOPE Project is an extension of our Club Freedom Program, which already connects with vulnerable populations by providing hot meals, spiritual care, street outreach, and prison outreach. Case managers meet one one-on-one to develop individualized plans to address crisis situations where a person's housing is at risk. This is about not merely meeting a person's need today, but walking with them to address the underlying issues.

We are currently accepting new case management clients.

If you or someone you know is facing a crisis in their housing, finances, or living situation, please contact our team.
Individuals may self-refer at any time. Please note that our intake process includes an in-person needs assessment.

Our case managers are also available at all of our Club Freedom community meals to make appointments.  Go to cityreach.org/clubfreedom for up-to-date times and locations.

Areas Served:  Vancouver, Surrey, and the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody)

Case Manager Hours:  Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM (Office hours and locations may vary. Please phone ahead.)

We have been able to make this project a reality in part due to a partnership with the Lu'ma Native Housing Society and Canada's Reaching Home initiative. CityReach is grateful for the opportunity that this partnership has enabled - that we can do even more to address the needs of those experiencing or at risk of homelessness in our city.
